Rubén Carrandi Cortina

Rubén Carrandi is a Senior Project Leader at EBN responsible for delivering EU and non-EU projects. His focus is on internationalisation projects and on building relationships with organisations and ecosystems. He is a graduate in Economy and Business Administration from the University of Oviedo (Spain), and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from CECO-Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Spain.

He is an expert in internationalisation, innovation and incubation programmes, with over 15 years of experience in specific positions and projects related to R&D&I, entrepreneurs networks and regional development. Rubén has extensive global experience, having lived in Spain, the United Kingdom, Argentina and Italy, working as head of internationalization and European programmes in Spanish research organizations and entrepreneurs associations, for the Latin American Investment Division Centre of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the UN, and for the Spanish Embassy in Buenos Aires (Argentina), among others.
