
Mor Rubinstein
Data Strategist
Mor Rubinstein is a data strategy consultant working with civil society and governments to make the most out of their data. She previously worked as the Head of Data Strategy at Parkinson's UK, where she helped to transform the charity work with data. She was also programme and product manager at 360Giving, a UK based charity that created an open data standard to share information about UK philanthropic giving. She is an expert on open data and gender and have edited the book "State of Open Data - Histories and Horizons". She founded Open Heroines, a community for women and non-binary people in civic tech, open data and open government. She is the chair of Open Data Kosovo.
