Lulëzon Jagxhiu serves as the Government CTO and advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo on Information Technology. Within this role, his key task is to coordinate the digital transformation in the Government of Kosovo. Prior to his work in the government, Lulëzon has worked for almost two decades in various executive and management roles in the ICT industry in Kosovo. He has overseen the implementation of many complex digital transformation projects in Kosovo and Switzerland. Lulëzon holds an MBA with concentrations in Corporate financial analysis and planning, and Strategic leadership from the Smeal College of Business of the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Prishtina. Lulëzon is a Kosovo American Education Fund alumnus, and a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma international business honor society.
