Henri Haxhiraj

Director of atene KOM Albania and Head of Strategic Business Development at atene KOM GmbH

Henri Haxhiraj studied business administration at the University of Tirana and at the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde (Germany). During his studies in Eberswalde he was awarded a scholarship from the German Parliament. After completing his Masters degree, Henri Haxhiraj started working at the German Parliament as a policy advisor with focus on telecommunications and digital infrastructure. The amendments of the telecommunications law and the conditions for frequency allocations in 2018 are some of the topics in which he was actively involved.

Since 2019, Henri Haxhiraj is working as at atene KOM and is responsible for the strategic business development as well as the new established subsidiary atene KOM Albania. In this function, he is in charge for the development and implementation of new services and products. This concerns a deep analysis of the challenges of the public sector and offering tailored-suited solutions in the fields of broadband, mobile communications, digital platforms, geo information systems and regional development.
