Gabriela Kostovska Bogoeska

Ms. Gabriela Kostovska Bogoeska is an entrepreneurship specialist with over 17 years of experience in SME development, innovation management, gender mainstreaming, and entrepreneurship & industrial policy. Ms. Gabriela Kostovska Bogoeska strengths include expert knowledge in corporate innovation, R&D commercialization, public policy and stakeholders’ engagement. She is currently the Executive director of the Foundation for Management and Industrial Research, where he/she is responsible for supporting companies with innovation financing and trans-national technology transfer, as well as for programming of gender equality and inclusiveness services. Prior she was the Executive Director of the Youth Entrepreneurial Service Foundation working at designing start-up and scale-up programmes, digital transformation initiatives and developing policy for web, social and youth entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has initiated the establishment of numerous stakeholders’ groups and networks in the field of enterprise and industrial policy at all levels. She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Skopje.
