Dukagjin Pupovci

Deputy Minister at Ministry of Education, Science, Technology, and Innovation in Kosovo

Dukagjin Pupovci is the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Republic of Kosovo. For more than two decades he led the Kosovo Education Center (KEC), one of the most prominent non-governmental organizations in the education sector in the region. In the period 2000-2021, he was engaged as an education expert in Kosovo, Albania and other countries of the Western Balkans.

From 1985 to 2016, he was academic staff at the University of Prishtina where he held courses in the field of mathematics, computer science and education. He holds the degree of Doctor of Mathematical Sciences and the academic title of Full Professor at the University of Prishtina.
