Chablise Stoner is Head of Engagement for cyber policy at the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in UK foreign policy working across a wide range of portfolios including conflict reconciliation, multilateral policy, trade and national security. Between 2016-2019, Chablise was based in the British Embassy in Pristina where she lead a team working on the Pristina-Belgrade Dialogue and reconciliation matters. More recently, she worked alongside UK negotiators delivering Free Trade Agreements with a number of key international partners before returning to National Security and joining the Cyber Policy Department in the FCDO. She now leads a team driving international engagement of the UK’s National Cyber Strategy, and developing key bilateral relationships with partners to foster a free, open, peaceful and secure cyberspace.
