Arjola Abazaj has over 18 years of experience in the consultancy industry with focus on digital innovation and transformation. Through years she has supported several clients in defining how technology and human ingenuity could drive growth. Her main area of expertise is the Experience Transformation Design, Measurement and Activation with the final goal to reinvent the user experience. In the last years, embracing the Italian Recovery Fund opportunity to digitalize the Public Administration, Arjola is leading for Accenture different programs of Citizen Experience transformation. With passion, she is working with different Italian Administrations that are dealing with the challenges of a post-pandemic and highly uncertain macroeconomic scenario on how to provide human-centric, simple and high-quality services to the Citizens.
