Antigona Uka

Executive Director at KCDE

Antigona Uka is the Executive Director at Kosova Center for Distance Education (KCDE). She has graduated from the School of Public Policy at Central European University; International Business College Mitrovica and West Liberty University, West Virginia, and certified in Digital Business Development from Mikkeli University for Applied Sciences, Finland. Besides KCDE, Antigona serves as a UNICEF digital education consultant. In the past, she has co-founded and led development of Teach for Kosova, and served as a researcher, consultant, and teacher at various think tanks and international organizations. Today, as an executive director at KCDE, she is committed to bring about systems change, and to position KCDE as a catalyst for adopting and implementing online or virtual learning at scale through advocacy for policy reforms.
