Stefana Karevska is a Senior Manager at EY Germany and one of the key EY’s subject matter resources for additive manufacturing (commercially known as 3D printing). She brings over 8 years of management consulting experience in the area of manufacturing and operational excellence. Stefana developed enthusiasm for consulting in manufacturing through her engagements as a student consultant during her master studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrueck. Meanwhile, Stefana and her team have already supported operational and manufacturing transformations of some of the largest multinational companies from the automotive, pharmaceutical and consumer products industry at over 50 plant locations worldwide. In the last three years, the focus of her work has been on smart manufacturing and change of the value chains under the impact of additive manufacturing. Stefana supports companies and public institutions to understand the impact of additive manufacturing and consults them on defining additive manufacturing strategies. Furthermore, she is a co-author of a few publications in the area of additive manufacturing, among them EY’s Global 3D printing Report 2016, titled, “How will 3D printing make your company the strongest link in the value chain”. Last year she was a speaker at one of the worldwide largest conferences for additive manufacturing Formnext in Frankfurt.
